Yeah, the cooldown rune doesn't work on Charge. Hasn't since almost forever. We can keep bringing it up (it's been brought up many times before), but it's up to Heroic Leap to actually acknowledge and tackle the issue.

Are you guys aware of the bug where if you get rezzed you double up on things like vigor (ending with 2100 health) and 0 seconds chicken timer (you will never be human again) (revived once =10 secs off, with the rune its 0)
