PC players cannot currently crossplay with PlayStation 4 players in Realm Royale. However, PC and Xbox One players are able to crossplay. The PC player can invite the Xbox One player on the Social tab by entering their Gamertag.

Sorry to hear you experienced this. If this issue persisted, please submit a support ticket at https://www.hirezstudios.com/submit-support-ticket/ and they will take a look to see what happened with your account. Usually when issues like this pop up, restarting the game can cause this to be fixed.

Cross progression is not currently not available in Realm Royale. Please see our most recent Patch Notes for more information.

Account Linking
- Players will now be prompted to link their accounts to a Hi-Rez account when opening the game. This is in preparation for exciting features coming with future patches!

If you encounter someone using a cheat or hack, please submit a support ticket at https://www.hirezstudios.com/submit-support-ticket/. Include any and all relevant information. If you have evidence, that's really helpful for verifying the evidence. However, if a name or match information is all you have, that at least gives the support team somewhere to start looking. The in-game report feature also exists and is triggered if enough reports are sent against a specific player.

We will repurpose the existing Engineer achievements.

Other achievements should be up and running again after today's hotfix patch at 4:00 PM ET. 20-Piece may still have some issues until next patch.

With today's hotfix Patch, we have also disabled this past weekend's 2X Battle Pass XP event. We extended this a day as a thank you for your patience as we work through these issues!
