Hello everyone! Sorry to see that you're having issues with Rocket Arena crashing on console
So just for something to try nice and quickly and see if it makes a difference can you a try a full power cycle of the console to see if that will help.
If you're unsure how to do that I will include steps for you to follow below.
For PS4
-Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
-Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
-Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.
For Xbox One

Both the Rocket Arena Mythic Edition Content and Rocket Arena Pre-Order: Roller Derby Rev Outfit show "Unlocked" w/ the green checkmark. But neither the Mythic content nor the Rev outfit are showing in-game.
Try repairing your game in Origin. Then restart Origin, login, and launch the game. If it STILL persists, hit up EA Help at http://help.ea.com.
Pre-ordered Mythic Ed while using Origin Premier on PC. Have not got my pre-order bonuses yet. Restarting Origin has not helped. At the top right of the main menu UI, there's a constant spinning circle, as if it's trying to load/update my acct info, maybe?
Any help or input is appreciated. Thanks!

Under the game tile in Origin, go to Additional Content and verify you have it installed/unlocked.
I don’t doubt you, but do you have a source? This would be unlike all other game launches in the US in the past several years.
