[2021] Ability to choose where you spawn

After getting demoed, there's a bit of RNG regarding where you spawn and what else is happening in that area (i.e. getting in the way of your teammate, opponent guessing where you're spawning and going for the demo again, no boost where you spawn, ball hits you as you spawn and you own goal, etc). Some of the RNG is deterred from the algorithms in place, but not all. I think adding the ability to choose right or left after getting demoed will add an extra tactical element to the game and will do well with the community. Not choosing would simply resort back to the current state of spawning, on a random side.

1. You can choose to spawn on the side of far post to more easily defend and rotate.
   
2. You can avoid being demoed if someone on the enemy team is trying to guess where you spawn and demo you (this will deter this strategy from even existing which would be awesome imo)
   
3. If the ball is upfield, you can simply choose where to spawn based on where boost is or to allow your teammate to more easily grab boost.
   

I also think that when choosing where to spawn, it should automatically send a message to your team stating "Spawning left" or "Spawning right". The only downside I can see is people using this to purposefully get in the way to be toxic, and there's already an issue with toxicity in this game, but I think the RNG factors can also contribute to toxicity also.
