Does this update address a bug when trading in items from different platforms? I don't mind if you cannot trade in items together from diff platforms, ex: 2 items from PS4 and 3 items from Switch, but a visual indicator for non-platform items would be verrrry much appreciated :)
This update does not, but we've added it to the Known Issues list.

Heads up: We are aware players on the Epic Games Store were not able to start the game after the update. Please restart your EGS client and you should see a new update available for download that should correct this issue.

"The game update for Season 2 will go live on December 8 at 4 p.m. PDT (12 a.m. UTC December 9) (pending first-party certification), the day before Season 2 begins." this quote seems to be confusing me a bit

The content will be available at 8AM PDT December 9th. However, the update itself will be going out at 4PM PDT tonight.
That is correct! Game update goes live at 4PM PST or 7PM EST
Some items won't transfer over.

It's disappointing that some folks in the community choose to abuse the game like this but we do take things like this seriously. It really does make a really big difference to us when folks like you report things and file tickets about these types of incidents. Player Anthems do not play during regular saves.
