Hi everyone, after reading through your posts and replies over the last few days, we're making two changes to the Daily Win XP Bonus, starting today:

  1. We're increasing the number of Daily Wins from 1 to 3
  2. We're increasing the Daily Win XP Bonus from 1000 to 2000

You may need to delete your PSN cloud save as it could be overwriting the deleted local save.

Hey there, I removed you from the Club, however, the ban was due to a Club you were previously involved in. I'll be lifting that, but it this happens again, we likely will not lift the ban.

Unless you're able to try claiming on another linked platform, make sure that you delete the save data everywhere to remove it from the Xbox Cloud as well.

We're looking further into this to see if there's a fix we can push on our side, but for now, the above solutions should be tried first.

Hi everyone! It’s been a whirlwind few days for us at the studio, and we want to thank everyone for sharing awesome goals and tournament wins (and helping us ID some bugs as well) since our transition to free to play.

First up, we’re finalizing a hotfix for release next week, and it includes stability fixes that should address the crashing and stuttering players are experiencing on several platforms. Keep an eye on our Twitter for a release date and time.

We’ve seen a few topics gain momentum on the sub over the last few days, including questions about how much XP you can earn in matches. We decided to shift some XP gains from "passive" to "active" in the form of more Challenges because we want them to be a bigger part of your seasonal progression. edit: It is a known issue that large friends lists are causing issues with in-game performance and in some cases, it may crash your console. This is being actively investigated and we are working on getting a solution out as soon as we can.

Yes, we are actively investigating this issue though we don't have an ETA for a fix yet.

Hey guys, this is a known issue that is usually caused when an account has a large number of friends (hundreds, usually).

The current workaround is to set your status to offline. If you're on console, this may not work, however, you can try removing pending friend requests to mitigate the issue too.

Go to epicgames.com
Sign in with old Epic login information
Click Account
Click Connections
Click Accounts

Click Disconnect for Xbox Sign out of epicgames.com
Sign in with new Epic login information
Click Account
Click Connections
Click Accounts
