We did retire the "Psy Net" avatar, and now the "blank headshot" avatar is being used whenever there isn't a platform avatar to see.
Cross-Platform play is still up and running.

It didn't. We wanted the timing of the messaging to correspond to the release of the update and the distribution of the boost.
Wanted to drop in here and clarify...
-We are not banning players for demoing. This seems to pop up on the subreddit once every couple of months. We aren't going to ban players for demoing the opposing team.
-Unsportsmanlike Conduct covers a few things, including throwing matches by going AFK and/or own-goaling.
