I do enjoy hearing that you've been using the report system for players intentionally scoring own-goals. We've made improvements to that system recently (with other improvements to it planned) and it's great to see that it's working. It really helps us and the rest of the community out when folks like you are using the systems we've implemented, so while I know this post was meant as a bit of a vent, I want to express my thanks to you.

A small bit of insight here: We do issue chat bans in certain cases. But, players who receive chat bans by in large tend to just move on to other forms of griefing

Depends on the account you look at. The above one is my dev account that I mainly use for looking into stuff (though I'll play on it every once in a while to cruise around and say hi to folks). I have a personal account that is also basically the same rank. Tend to be Gold in 1s and low plat for 2's and 3's
Most devs are not that great at the game. I play with Cinderblock and he says he's prob top 3 out of the office. Dudes a beast for sure and we have hit some sick clips together but even so he's GC1. Don't know if there are any other higher ranked than him
