Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I don't have a video of this happening but I'm certain it's a bug that is in the game as others have said they've had it happen to them too. Sometimes the gun won't shoot at all in the first place when holding the shoot button and sometimes it will shoot and then suddenly stop shooting halfway through the magazine. It seems to occur on all platforms as well. Here's a link to a post I made asking others if this bug happens to them as well. Check the comments for other people's accounts of this happening to them.

PS Plus pack items (Sigrid, gun wrap, wing suit) for PS4 users do not appear on the PS5 version of the game. Tried restoring licenses and checking the PS store for the pack, but it shows it’s already claimed.

This should be fixed with the next game update!

This is where you report the issue you are experiencing. If it's a gameplay issue/bug there usually isn't much assistance our Support team can provide. What exactly are you seeing?

This is a known issue the team is working on. Unfortunately this will require some work to get transferred over but you can rest assured Sigrid was not removed and all your progress remains intact.
