Hey there! This mornings event was unfortunately not a server maintenance but a quite serious system failure. While we'd normally have ensured messaging was done, this was about 2 AM local time for our team and as mentioned above completely unanticipated. We'll do our best to avoid these situations as much as possible, but this was very much the opposite of a normal downtime.
Personally I haven't noticed any specific actions that cause the shooting to break but judging by some of the other comments in this thread there seems to be certain actions that do indeed cause it to break. To me it seems like it happens randomly but to others there are certain things that seem to cause it to happen so there isn't a clear picture as to what the cause of this bug is.
