Howdy! If I extrapolated your account correctly from this screenshot, we probably don't want to cover this publicly. If you want to drop me a DM, I can probably elaborate on why your account status is where it is.

In general when false ban waves go out, EAC lets us know "Hey we banned some people we shouldn't and we're fixing it." This has happened twice in 2.5 years but I'll definitely follow up with them to ensure we didn't miss a communication because that would be important for us to know.

I sent a DM but he never got back to me. I also submitted a ticket and got the same response as you in the OP.

The Rogue Rewards I confirmed last week did go out. Could you please provide me your ticket number, I'd like to look into this.

Yeah, u/TheGreenLobo was saying the same thing above, but I just solo joined into two 6v6 TDM games in the EU region. Are there particular times that you play?

The problem isn’t the server I play on, it’s the fact I solo queue. Me and a lot of other solo queue players haven’t been able to find a game of 6v6 since the update. Whenever people play in a party together, it works fine apparently.

Before the update, I always got into a match of 6v6 within 30 seconds. It’s definitely some sort of bug that only effects you when trying to solo queue into a game of 6v6.

I just solo joined into two back-to-back matches of 6v6 TDM in the EU region. Are there particular times that you play?
