What region are you playing in where you have a 10+ minute wait? Can you please run the game with the extra command-line parameters -dumpmarin -dumpmarout and the next time you see the error, please exit the game and send me your RogueCompany.log located in %LOCALAPPDATA%/RogueCompany/Saved/Logs?
