Wow, this devolved quickly. Nitram, you are correct, but I think a lot of people don't understand the difference here. They're referring to both issues as "lag", which is certainly inaccurate, but they may not have the vocabulary for it, which is "hard lock".

Definitely possible that it's a server side issue with something it causes your client to do, but this video as shown is not lag. Basically any time people are running or moving and shooting at the same time they will run in a place for a split second and then teleport to where ever they have moved in that split Second more often than not causing my death.

I also notice this when I jump from the plane. My teammates will zoom by me. Then they teleport behind and zoom by again.

This did not happen pre season 3

Ah, gotcha...I found it. So, what you are experiencing is lag, unlike u/PdX_Beav who is experiencing a hard lock on their PC caused by the game doing something their hardware disagrees with. If you are experiencing this with every match, can you please tell me which region and ISP you are playing on? If it's only some or most matches, then I'll need you to gather some Match IDs where you experienced the issue so I can determine which servers are problematic.

As someone else pointed out, this isn't a network lag issue, but it's clearly a major issue with how Rogue Company is interacting with your hardware. Next time this happens, can you please send me your RogueCompany.log located in %LOCALAPPDATA%/RogueCompany/Saved/Logs/?

Hey Rogues,

Since the Season Three update, we've actively investigated a series of crash reports from players and regularly reviewed game data. After careful examination, we noticed that many crashes were due to memory issues, and examined the current memory usage for all platforms to ascertain its cause.

We believe we have identified the cause and have some fixes that should drastically improve it with a hotfix we deployed early this morning, Friday, August 20th.

This hotfix will be larger than normal for Xbox and Playstation. While Switch players will receive the same hotfix, they will have to wait a little longer for some of these memory fixes, as it requires a separate update. We will make announcements about the timing of this update as soon as possible.

We have made the following changes for Xbox and PlayStation:

Last season the 30 ranked matches reward was hidden, which implies it was a new, unique banner for that season, not MOAB
