How to join the beta world? What is the requirement?
All those details will be on the TWIR on Tuesday (bank holiday on Monday here in the UK).
You'll access it through a link and copy your save file over essentially.
Gotta say, these dev updates are a very nice and welcome change to the communication to the players! Thank you for the transparancy! <3
u/JagexAzanna not sure if you can comment on this, but is the plan to release these dev updates in a fixed frequency (e.g. every 3 months) or every time you have some noteworthy updates to share? I'm just curious :)
I can speak to this a little.
We've done these three times since Legacy of Zamorak and we do want them to be a little more frequent than they have been. I think our goal is ultimately to get to around the every-three-months mark for these - and maybe even do a BTS style video format that often as well beyond that.
As with a lot of the communication stuff, we're taking improvements one step at a time - so we'll keep improving and hopefully end up at that cadence in the future. :)
