For those of us who don’t have discord, will this info be out in an “official” Jagex location?
At this stage, no, it's just me gathering some ideas and it is in no way a guaranteed content system. There is a thread for suggestions on the forums (and I did link it here) if you want to put ideas up outside of discord (though discord is where there's more feedback from players currently).
But at this stage it's still just a general musing/information gathering stage and not official plans.

having multiple portals is very nice. i also like the bonfire and no logs req. just need to take out tank armor for the health boost. nice qol.

Glad you're enjoying it. I'm in a similar boat myself with the Ambassador. Got a couple solos with a yak but have been trying to get faster times with a titan and failing miserably.

A quick side note because I saw quite a few of them in the last thread:
Open questions that invite conversation tend to be much better suited for the live stream and are much easier to fit into the list of questions we'd want to ask. (In comparison to questions with a yes or no answer)
