@oomar92 @bstategames It has been in the game from 2018 dude! The game supports literally any drag function. G1 is the simplest. We just didn't make a big deal out of it. :)

@rotiert @bstategames Not sure why that is necessary, bullets do damage to walls. It probably has to be tweaked out a bit. There will be a pass on all damage done by bullets and other types of weapons/tools at one point.

@rotiert @bstategames Don't agree with that one. Things might need adjusting, but to buy stuff you need resources too, that takes days. Also many players move around trader zones making that area pretty risky to get into. Anyway, this post isn;t about traders and raiding.

I must have been lucky then. Anyway, join the Scum discord, and ask experienced players, they will explain all.

@XBush81 @bstategames Whatever model they have, it doesn't have much to do with ballistic formulas. If the formulas are OK then you should get the same results with the https://shooterscalculator.com/ Take notice of the bullet's energy in our excel and in shooter's calc.That's how it should be for that round

@XBush81 @bstategames But don't worry, it doesn't mean it's a bad game. Fortnite also has a bullet drop. It's not realistic though, but it's OK for kids :) There are more things that influence the flight of the bullet than just gravity. It's like advertising 50BHP car as a 500BHP.

@BatteredTrooper @bstategames Nope, you got it wrong. Not throwing shades at all, just being happy for them. As far as lags are concerned, well sometimes things are more complicated than..... EFT's ballistics 😇

@HotDooooooogs @bstategames Lol... NO! They would have to release much more content and gameplay features to get the same amount of lag 🤣😂 and vice versa. We would have to reduce the game, the content, the map, remove probably 70-80% of everything out to get to ETF level. Lol I'm killing it 😆😁

@HotDooooooogs @bstategames maybe, BUT that doesn't mean they have optimized the game which was my point.. or did anything for the last 4-5 years.. from what I have heard at least 😂🤣 no worries about players, we have insights and numbers are about 5 times more than what we should have. or deserve 😘

Normally you'd just wait for the fire to settle before placing the grill,but to simulate it in the game you have to code that functionality. The question is - is it worth it? Most likely it's not. Things like that are rabbit holes. You don't want to go there really.

Sometimes "small" things take additional time. Like adjusting the size/height of grills to fit on existing sources of fire.
