Season Eight's new Factions level up through Allegiance. To earn it, join the Battle for the Sea of Thieves using the Hourglass of Fate, then sink ships of the rival Faction or hoard loot on your ship to raise your Treasure Grade. As your Allegiance grows, Faction rewards unlock!
