Personally, I’d like to just be able to play the game, since I’ve done everything on the FAQ for the crashing when launching, contacted support, and never heard a response from them when I responded to their question about if running the game with OBS uninstalled worked (surprise, it didn’t).
Sorry to hear you're having issues running the game. Unless you've received a message from support saying the ticket is closed it's still open and being looked at. You will be updated when they find a fix or solution.
There are some guides on Youtube and quite a few on Steam. We're only in Early Access so I'm rather confident there's more to come as the game becomes available to more players and moves closer to a full release. :)

Question for you rather not make a thread for it, what's the estimated game preview cost for Xbox? Gonna buy regardless for me and a couple friends just curious if it's same price as steam or not

Uhhh... So when the f**k exactly is "spring"? I hate when they do this. Do people realise that different parts of the world have seasons at different times?
If you’re often confused by this I’d suggest looking at where the company is located. We’re located in Sweden, Europe and therefore are in the northern hemisphere. :)
