Nope. When a character is doing an action like that, but immobile, they are considered "moving" because they are doing an action. "Moving" is when your character does ANYTHING. Level 1 spikes? Come on.
For more "fun", drop spikes on an Anubis who is using his Laser Death Stare or even more fun, drop it on Hades when he's in his ultimate and watch him instantly die.

This isn't true at all. For the purposes of Tsukuyomi's spikes, abilities that actually move the player are considered movement. Abilities that are stationary are not considered movement, and will not tick the spikes more than once.
What's happening in this clip is certainly a bug, and is being looked into, but it's also not something that happens off of this interaction inherently either. A Serqet ulting on an enemy standing in spikes at most ticks 2 times normally.
If you have more information related to spikes activating multiple times on a target that is stationary, I'd like to investigate that, too!
this will be the first odyssey that we wont get a free skin? i mean, you can earn 15K points from free track of battle pass. But the reward mulan skin is 40K. is that correct or am i missing something?
There will be another battle Pass after Necropolis during the length of the Odyssey. Don't worry, if you complete both Battle passes that are available while the Odyssey is active you'll earn enough points to unlock Mysterious Warrior Mulan for Free :)

Uhm that page is just outlining what olympians are and how to apply as one, the part at the very bottom about introducing the 2020 olympians doesnt exist/is empty, thats kinda an issue to check lol.
Can you try a hard refresh to see if that fixes it? I'm seeing the Roster info at the bottom just fine.
