Okay, but I'm not recommending running the Paradox Launcher as Windows Admin, just Galaxy itself, for the purpose of getting the launcher installed properly.


What launcher version shows please? can I get all 3 launcher logs?  

Still having those warnings and that error, but on reflection I'm not sure they are actually anything to do with your mod issue.


Please try the following:

- unsubscribe from all mods
- exit the Galaxy app entirely
- delete the folder Documents/paradox/stellaris/mod/
- delete the file Documents/paradox/stellaris/mods_registry.json

- run Galaxy as the Windows Admin user
- subscribe to a few mods
- run the game from the PLAY button in Galaxy
