[2023] Fixed database migration error with launcher, now my save files are missing

Nothing the launcher does touches the saves, so I don't see why that happened to you. The missing save files are physically not present in the Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/save games/ folder?

If cloud saves, are they visible here?
