[2023] Game Crashes on Mac on Specific Date

We are seeing crashes on Macs since the recent patch. Sorry about that!

Please make a new thread in Bug Reports, and attach there a save file that shows this problem.  

I'm sorry, I have no insight into or contact with the QA and dev team for this (or any) game, so I cannot address that question. I'm just an external support contractor.  

I am sorry but I have no ability to get the answer to that question - I'm just an external support contractor, I have no access to QA or the developers.

All I know is that this is a known issue, was attempted to be fixed in the previous hotfix (but they know that attempt did not succeed) and has attention from management.
