[2023] Can't enable Ironman mode/steam cloud save

I just started an Ironman game and it saved locally - I actually don't even see an option to save to cloud, which is rather odd I have to say! Can we get a screenshot of that message please?

What does Cloud Status say in the Steam client for this game?

In the launcher does it say 3.10.0 (462c) or something else?

Look at the game in your Steam Library in the Steam client. Next to the PLAY button is "Cloud Status".
