@Pyotr_Wrangel Foundries and Consumer Goods buildings now give 2 + 2n jobs, where the n is the number of industrial districts. 😃

@VictorQi12 This is an issue our team is aware of, and we're actively investigating the cause. In the meantime, there's anecdotal evidence that combining mods into one large mod helps the game load.
