[2020] 2min load time on Windows, vs 30s load time on OpenSUSE Linux.

For me it's almost exactly 1 minute on Windows, and I don't have an SSD there. But I have run it already today so some is probably in file cache.

I was going to blame the vega 56 video, but I guess it's unlikely to be much involved in load speed. Is there any such difference in actual play?  

Having not run the game since yesterday I get similar results now, 2:05 this time. A second run immediately after is only 30 seconds though, so clearly being in file cache matters hugely.

Do you find that difference too?  

@Guraan I wonder if this is something you can comment on? Seems to be new with 2.6.2 and the same under 2.6.3 .
