[2022] Why are my mods failing to install? Stellaris PC GamePass

There's a known issue in that area with Gamepass CK3, but not Stellaris.

Is this with any mod on mods.paradoxplaza.com no matter how small or what type?

Do the mod files appear in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod folder?
