I'm sorry that folks are running into this issue on PBE. Unfortunately, its looking like this won't be fixed permanently until next week.
In the mean time the free rewards of the pass should progress as expected, and you'll be able to buy the pass on PBE after it is fixed and unlock all of the pass+ rewards you have earned the XP for.
There won't be any downtime between the ranked seasons. So 10.5 will end and then when we come back up for 10.6 you'll be in a new ranked season. More information about how the reset will work and any other ranked changes will be in the 10.6 patch notes.

They will, as long as the condition can be met (ex. "Play a game").

Yup! These eggs will grant you a specific variant, and will work the same as the current egg, so if you already have a 1-star LL, it'll upgrade to a 2-star and so on.
This is interesting. With Tft getting its own pass, does that mean future League pass events will no longer count in tft? Like tokens gains or check point missions.
If I'm understanding your question correctly: League of Legends passes will still count TFT games toward their progress.

Right now the tutorial is played vs bots, but we don't have a specific PvE or AI mode planned. Let us know if that's something you'd be excited to see!

Yup, you're right! As of now, we have to re-create the tutorial content with each new set release. I'm hoping we can figure out a way to devise an evergreen tutorial someday, if not this year.
It's alright, pretty short, gives a general idea of how the game works. Except that it tells you to get every infernal you see xD
We observed in our labs that new players had some trouble understanding why they should make a purchase, and what traits mapped to which champions. New players tended to miss opportunities when they were presented. So, we decided to double down on trait comprehension as a concept -- the thinking was, if we ask players to collect multiple Inferno champs in multiple shop scenarios, it would drive the concept home. Plus, we wanted to appeal to all the pyros out there.
