3. For players in NA, we also discovered the Chalice pity chance was reset when we fixed the bug last week, so any player in NA who opened >61 Chalices without receiving Chibi Star Guardian Lux will receive RP equal to the # of Chalices opened past 61. Thanks for bearing with us!
To end the year off right, we’ve revised our compensation plans for affected players:
1. Players outside of NA will receive RP equal to what they spent on Lux’s Radiant Chalices (1 Chalice = 390 RP) 2. Additionally, players in these regions will receive 5 additional Chalices
Lux’s Radiant Chalice purchases were disabled in select regions due to a bug with loot distribution. A fix just went out, so we’ve re-enabled them, but if you purchased Chalices before they were disabled, you’ll receive an equivalent # of them by next week.
