Does anyone know if the Explorer Kudo is glitched? I am at at 104/106 locations visited, yet I have searched everywhere in my 600 hours game time... I double checked everything and went through the wiki location list and still no change. Any tips?

Some other cases we've seen, it's usually users missing some of the Club Dojos (you need to enter them, not just interact with the banner or reach the door.
