[2019] Question about pre-order period and Discord

Well, as most people here, I want to pre-order the game when it comes out so I can access the Alpha. However, I don't know the options in my current situation.

Right now, I'm in Japan, and I'm going back to my country on July 1st. Supposedly, the pre-order will last for two weeks, but I'm not sure if this is the exact time or if Crema can "stop the pre-orders" before that date because they already had a lot of people buying it or whatever. However, I have never bought anything in Discord, and I don't know if, even if I created my account in Europe, when I buy the game in Japan, it will be limited in some way (for example, the prices of other games appear in yen).

So, my questions are:

1- Will the pre-order system be open for the full 2 weeks as intended? If so, I can buy the game when I get back home.

2- If I buy the game in Japan, will there be any problem with the region or something like that?
