[2023] I think having voice-chat and quests involving the house system would be welcome in the game

Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but I really miss in-game voice-chat.

Also I would like to see quests involving the house system, at the moment there is very little to do with houses and virtually no reason to visit other people's houses.
