WHY would he even say this when the kickstarter literally had an image of players riding an Oceara for the picture for mounts...
Oceara will be a mount.
But, the mounts are different Tems than your own. Having a certain Temtem will not automatically convert it to a mount. Mounts are specific Tems or items that need to be acquired in order to use them.
