TMTrainer banned me day one of the telomere hack update. Initially I thought it was just a discord ban because the last thing I saw was "Bye ______" (my name) and then I wasn't even in the channel anymore. I didn't check in game because I had just got done giving away all my perfect and near perfect Lumas, outfiits and pansun to friends....I logged in today to see if I could maybe get one of the Original Tamer names on my accounts by resetting my character...I figured maybe one of them had changed their names and I might find a way to hack my best Luma but I was banned when I logged in.
There is a dedicated MEGA thread on the Temtem forums regarding this new update with hundreds of players expressing concern or declaring their quitting of the game.

I definitely was irate when I saw the initial update and definitely could have gone about it in a more cordial manner.
The problem is the same moderator and staff member on the mega thread defending the update against TONS of angry players. Calling people childish and telling them to go take a break from the computer...are the same people BANNING players who have 500+ hours into the game from discord and the game because we didn't comply with their rhetoric.
Have fun with this communist regime. I really had so much faith in this game. I was actually at one point inquiring on stock options or trying to see if I could invest further into the game.
That's how much I believed in this game.
I didn't actually lose anything but hours of my life fantasizing about all the cool ways Temtem will go and trying to hype my friends up about the game. Waking up theory crafting line ups and what perfect lumas I can flex come ranked season. Not to sound corny but I really loved this game and the concept and now I'm scared to ever play again because I know the high odds of getting banned. If you are a mature adult with any sort of passion for the game and get angry or try to "protest" which is legal in EVERY country, you will get banned.
I probably won't frequent this thread much but this is my warning: keep your mouth closed if you want to keep your items and Temtem.
