I almost got scammed earlier when a guy was pretending his ready button was not working and he insisted I should spam mine. I knew he was planning to remove his luma if I spammed my ready button but I saw through the scam instantly. There are also scams which involves secretly changing the pansun's value. The scammer first ask for you to put more lumas to see if hes interested but secretly removes one zero from his pansuns. He then says that he is not interested in the other lumas and will only buy the 1st one. So instead of receiving 150,000, you only receive 15,000.

After this incident I don't feel secure trading in temtem, I think a good fix for this is to have a double accept screen after both parties ready up just like in Warframe.

The way trading in Warframe works is when both parties click ready up button in a trade, another pop up will appear listing all the things that will be traded then after 5 seconds an "Accept" button will be clickable on the pop up.

I think this will be a good fix for all those scammers who wants to pull a fast one. After clicking the "Ready" button both parties can still finalize what they will lose and receive before finalizing a trade.

Either there's a bug or I don't really understand the complaints.

Currently, both players need to click the Accept button.

If there's any change in the trade (addition, removal or change quantity) the accept button auto-disables itself and the new/modified item is highlighted with an exclamation mark. The player then needs to click the Accept button again.

Obviously people are going to try to scam using all sorts of stuff, but even if you include fifteen layers there's going to be people that try it anyways.

Just do something like Path of exile where if anything in the trade changes neither player is able to accept for 5 seconds and it highlights the change. No need for 2 step there.

The game already highlights the changes and disable the ready button (not for 5 seconds, but the player needs to click it again to accept the trade changes).
