[2023] Wrong pronouns early game

I have seen a few posts from months ago about this issue, yet there still seems to be the issue of some of the NPCs (early game at least) defaulting the player character to male, even though I picked my pronouns as she/her. Is this something that we know the devs are actively working on or is it just something I have to suck up for the time being? Just started playing and I am loving the game, especially all the inclusivity! This is definitely not an issue that is going to make me stop playing, but I do hope it gets addressed soon.

Hi! Can you tell me which NPCs in particular? We should've already fixed all these instances in the past.

If I saw correctly, the first time I met Manki on island 3 (when he runs to the tavern with guards), in his first sentence he referred to me as he, second sentence he referred as she (selected pronoun).
