Toxolotl was fairly well balanced!!!! Trance is one of the best abilities, but Toxolotl didn't have enough SpAtk moves to make it a threat..... A Perfect balance....
Now why did you go and nerf its only redeeming quality?????
Crema..... did you pull a Gyalis again????? Balancing doesn't mean making every tem equally viable.... It's okay to have a few that are better than the rest!!!!
Trance now only activates once per battle the first time the temtem is below 30% HP as intended.
