[2019] Bad lag

So I first played the game when the alpha dropped played for a bit got to a town and the lag was to bad to play more, I upgraded my computer recently and the lag is just as bad (I was on ultra before the upgrade and can't even play on low after upgrading) any ideas why or how I could fix it?

Well, that's the problem. You're going to need a dedicated GPU to run it properly (specially in Ultra). Try lowering your settings to low or changing your resolution / frame rate.
