[2020] Saipark: Scam??

Haven't done the calculations, but Saipark seems like it's only going to be good for extremely rare Tem (under 10% chance)? Every single location in the Saipark has THREE Tem that can spawn at about an even rate, so one in three chance. That means the chance of getting any specific Luma tem is 1 in 12000!! For comparison, a Tem with a 65% chance to spawn in the wild has a little worse than 1 in 12000 chance, so anything above 65% is better caught out in the wild than in the saipark.... SO, this means the Saipark was basically one HUGE nerf to Luma farming disguised as an improvement.... This is really messed up. Super rare Tems have been "improved" to 1 in 12000, but everything else was nerfed, and one in 12000 is still stupid rare. Did not consider here that there can be 2 tems on the field so the 1 in three chance to spawn is rolled twice, so that changes the numbers a bit, but not drastically. I just wanted a Luma Fomu...
