Chamber of Heroes:

First off, I love the idea behind this building. But let's be honest.. how many of us really went in there more than once or twice or even past a radius of 3-4 statues? I'll make a bet of a stale potato chip that hardly anyone
Premise: I think it would be fun if this was instead turned into a battle tower of sorts where you can fight these avatars. A normal 6v6 format without competitive rules, nuclear countering or hardcore scaling. Team is scaled to lv.100 perfect and are healed after every battle.

Why: I think this is the type of outlet some people want for more casual and fun nonsense. People have asked for a while for more "fun pve activities" and while it is very tough to get rid of the battle format, I think not having strict rules or a competitive difficulty would be appealing in a "let's see how far you get" type of activity that rewards each victory equally (unlike Safari).
An activity where you can bring a team of 6 Camaradeire Sprioles just for the hecc of it. 6 different types of chromeons because yes, period. 6 puppet master myx because it will be a fun dumb experiment.
Sure, we have grit arena where you can fight the normal 6v6 format. But you still have restrictions and need descent competitive/trained tems agaisnt the "intelligent" AI.

I believe this would also be a good replacement for doing Freetem for pansuns. Since the devs have stated before that this wasn't the purpose of Freetem. Would also be the solution for people who want to re-battle NPCs in routes and also leverage for players fresh out of campaign without resources to build dojo teams.

Other mechanics: Limited to one daily attempt? No upfront cost and rewards don't get lessened if you lose.

Challenges: To spice things up a little, I think the hypothetical "reformed" Chamber of Heroes could have it's own weekly, bi-weekly or monthly challenges, For example: "Defeat as many tems as possible in x amount of time", "Take as little damage as possible in 20 consecutive battles", "Inflict burn as many times as you can in 10 battles." or "Win 5 battle with a tem in +8 SPDEF".
Add a leaderboard that gets reset with new challenges but awards the top performers with a banner, title, cosmetic, idk...Maybe something like the in-game tourney titles. "Y1M10 Chamber Hero".

Rewards: It's hard to give a defined set of rewards since the battles would mostly be randomized. Perhaps you can choose what type of reward you want, For example:
Pansuns: You get 100-200 pansuns for each tem defeated. (130-150ish pansuns per tem is more or less the reward of defeating Route NPCs) (Each hazrat gives around 700ish pansuns but requires an investment and a special team to do it.)
Feathers: You get 5 feathers for every statue defeated. (Or every other)
Items: You get a random item from a pool every 5-10 wins.

Disclaimer: The idea behind this "feature" is NOT to be "the best feathers/pansuns/rewards per hour". My aim was to suggest something that sounds fun for the general crowd and on the side helps the newer people build up for endgame.

Archtamers:
This suggestion is much shorter but I think it would be neat if beating the archtamers gave us access to a small garden where the Starters spawn. (Exactly like dojo parks do right now.)
I think this would be fair because unlike dojo parks and their 50/50 spawn. Pheromones would not guarantee encounters of a specific starter and it's only 100 encounters.
It would also be cool to see a mixed design area that looks like Tort's garden, the Seis wreck savanna and the Nagaise's Fury sea.

And because it's on topic, I will add the suggestions by this person on discord:

The main problem with an activity having regular battles (6v6 no comp) and without any restrictions is that a perfect strategy will appear instantly and everyone would relentlessly only do that. The moment there are rewards and an optimal strategy is possible, people only do that (see freetem for example). We initially tried that for both TemSafari and GritArena and had to include all the current restrictions and randomized options they have now because the team could break both activities in a matter of hours.

There are too many good combinations with a premade team that make it impossible to balance any activity that uses that.

Also about the unique rewards per activity, it goes against the basic design for Tamer's Paradise which is to have a unified currency (feathers) which you can spend on whatever you want.
