Is this when loading into the game itself or when selecting a character?

@MalleVision72 Hello! I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue on a new agent now. Just to confirm, have you tried all the troubleshooting steps from this guide that @Ubi-TheBerry provided?

Did the game freeze as soon as you finished creating your character, or did it happen after completing a certain mission like before? Also, do you have the game installed on an external hard drive at all? If so, can you please uninstall the game and re-install it to an internal hard drive?

I understand you've tried reinstalling the game, which is great! Thanks for letting us know. Please note, when saying 'every step possible,' we don't know which steps that is, so we might give the same troubleshooting steps again.

Please make sure you've followed the step of backing up your save data, and rebuilding the console's database, and checking for updates to the system software - this makes sure the console's system files are all as they should be.

Another step I'd like you to try which isn't on the troubleshooting article we've linked is making a new user account (temporarily, for testing), and launching the game on it. This rules out the user profile as a possible issue, so it's a very valuable troubleshooting step

Please let me know if any of those steps makes any difference to the game! If not, I'll have some further ideas to try.
