[2020] Its back - Clan Server Offline

Thank you for sharing this with us! We have already reported this issue for further investigation. To rule out any connection issues, please follow our PC connectivity troubleshooting to ensure if the Clan Server appears online for you.

If you encounter the same error after trying these steps, please create a ticket with our support team providing a short video clip of the clan server still offline.

I understand the headache this may cause. If you are able to provide a video clip over to our support team showing the Clan Server Offline status after trying the steps I previously shared, this will greatly help our team further investigate the problem you are facing now.

I can appreciate you are unhappy about this issue, but the steps provided have been known to resolve issues for players in the past.

If you refuse to complete the steps, that is fine, but this is something we need to cross off as a potential cause before we can raise it to the team for further investigation.

If you have raised this with your port forwarding screenshots before, can you provide me with the ticket number as well as updated screenshots, so I can pass them over?

The infraction was not given for raising an issue, the infraction was given for breaking the forums rules on spamming.

I've checked up on the ticket and it appears to be escalated to the team right now.

We have now been advised that this issue should have been resolved with the update patch rolled out on the 18th of August. If possible could you confirm whether this is now updated or whether you are still experiencing this issue.?

Could you please let us know the following:
- In which region are you located/ which server are they connecting to?
- Can you enter the Clan Hall or use any of it's unlocked features when you have the "clan server offline message"?
- From what I understand, this is something you encounter every play session. Is this correct? Or are you able to connect to the Clan Server on occasions? Does rebooting the game help at all?

No I cant -. Clan room closed

I happens almost every time (Game team have videos) - If I dont get a Echo/Delta/Oscar etc. when I start the game - then I have no connection to the clan server and therefore no access to the clan room

- Are you using a VPN while running TD2? If so, which VPN are you using?
- Are you using a internet connection where a firewall could be blocking social features such as Clan?

I can inform you guys - the first thing I did way back when the problem returned for the 2nd. I turn off my firewall (Norton) to see if that helped - I didn´t.

Firewall or not have no influens what so ever.

I have said it before - something in your end f-ups thing
