Dear Agents,

Last few years, we have being encountering a large amount of bugs and glitches that often impact gameplay. Each update supposed to resolve them seems useless. As a result we cannot enjoy fully upcoming updates and new gameplays.
In the past, the bugs and glitches were not persistent as it is today. Unfortunately, this is not possible in the current situation, as we are unable to finish a game without the fear of random crash.

Ubisoft teams are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible since 2 years. We have made good progress over the last 96 hours and have been able to restore critical aspects of the system and will share the timeline for resolution when available.

They deeply appreciate our understanding and patience and will share their in-game compensation plan details debugging updates soon ?

We (the support team you speak to on the forums) don't hear in advance of any developer blogs / articles being posted if that's the kind of thing you're asking about?

The only things we can share on the forums are things like patch notes when we receive them, and provide updates on specific issues if we have heard anything back in our bug reports to the dev team.

I understand that these issues are not providing the best gaming experience for you, however I can assure you that the dev team is working hard to fix these problems.

The time to fix a bug can also depend on the duration of the investigation, the issue type, and so on.

We apologise for any inconvenience these issues are causing and we will share any update as soon as we get it.

Apologies for the frustration and inconvenience these issues have brought @Gabriel-Knight and thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

We understand how annoying it can be when issues preventing you from picking up and playing a game and we can only wait and hope for more information soon regarding fixes for some of these more critical issues.
