this game is beyond horrible i can't even do the manhunts because the game will work for 30 minutes and then it freezes one minute the next one is some stupid delta if not the character will start shooting on its own and is not my controller it did it with the controller out the box the list of issues goes on and there's no solution can some one help and my laptop is way above game requirements

I'm sorry to hear you have had problems with the controls of the game sometimes shooting on its own. If you can tell us what platform you play on, we may be able to advise you on a few things that may stop this issue from occurring?

For any crash you have experienced recently, this is something we were investigating pre-title update 14 and continue to investigate now, after more reports came in from our forum from players affected, post title update 14.

Uplay was the name of our older launcher. The newer launcher that Uplay should have updated to, is called Ubisoft Connect. Can you please check our Ubisoft Connect website to make sure you have this Connect launcher installed first of all? The download link will be located in the top right > https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/

The officially supported controllers on PC are >
• DualShock 4 Controller
• Xbox One Wireless Controller

Other controllers may work, however, they are not officially supported. Can you let us know if you are using one of these controllers or a different model?

Another thing to check is if you may have a program running in the background of your PC that could be interfering with the game's controls. This can include RGB software, other game launchers like GOG for example. I would advise checking your Task Manager Start-Up programs and closing any programs you may have running on startup other than the game and Connect launcher, then clean rebooting your computer, as explained in this guide > https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000063761
