  • Had completed all General Anderson's manhunt missions and finial mission with General Anderson across all of my agents (actual 5 times, due to me restarting a new agent) after your game melt down last week and your "fix" I have found that I can not access mission on 2 of my agents (funny enough the 2 non boosted agents). Game is asking me to talk to Manny but unable to talk to him (in comms room). As I have stated these were open and able to do before your game melt down and patch.

Hey there @Jack_Jack

If possible, a video showing that Manny is missing from the correct location will be super helpful for reporting this issue up for you. You can record that using the Xbox Game Bar on PC, and then upload the video to YouTube to share it with me.

Also, have you already tried fully resetting your manhunt and starting over to see if it allows you to progress normally afterwards?

At the moment, we haven't had any further reports of this and there is zero guarantee that the team will encounter the same issue in-game, so videos are very beneficial in assisting the team with their investigation.

Are you able to capture a video of the details noted in your response noting the mission missing?

We'll then be able to pass this to the team to look into.

Hey guys,

Our investigation is still ongoing for the General Anderson mission, including a new one opened for those missing it as part of Season 11.

@Jack_Jack - please understand that we, as the Support Team are not game developers, nor are we directly involved in the investigative process.

As a result, bugs such as this will not be resolved via an individual case as an investigation needs to take place and a wider fix needs to be released by the game team.

What you were advised in your case, of your details being passed on, was correct but please understand that it is all we can do at this stage until the team have shared any further details.

When such additional details are available, we'll share them here.
