My gamee crashing time to time, I already try chance the monitor hz lower the graphics and still nothing all the time my game freezing and i have to open the task manager to close it

@mankillerbr Hello! I am sorry to hear that the Division 2 is crashing for you on PC. This is a known issue our teams are actively investigating. However, please give this troubleshooting guide a try along with verifying your game files and running Ubisoft Connect as administrator to test if you notice any improvements!

I can confirm that our team has been attempting to tackle the matter on a number of instances however as we continue to receive reports, investigation has been re-opened accordingly.

We can only provide whatever information we have ourselves from the dev team about their investigations. For anyone that is having a crashing issue, we would still suggest that you check through the steps in this article and see if there's anything you haven't tried yet, just to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC first of all. There is also some more steps found in here that can help.
