Hello, I'm a user who is enjoying games in Korea.
Recently, there was a bug in which my clock-level pattern was not properly displayed in the game.
Originally, in the case of 10,000, three skull patterns should appear, but only low-level patterns are coming out.
This has been the case since this update of the golden bullet.Can you solve this problem?I've also tried reinstalling it.
The pictures are from 10,000's pattern and the current one.
in social's pattern of 10k




but in my game's exp bar's mark is under 2k's mark

The game team have reached out to me, and they'd like some additional information from you to assist with further investigation. Would you be able to send us a full-screen image, or a short video, which displays your current in-game level, as well as the icon that displays next to it?

I'd recommend uploading any media to a sharing platform, such as Google Drive or One Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread for us to take a closer look at.

Thanks for getting back in touch.

We cannot discuss another player's support case history for privacy purposes - perhaps they can share more information if they wish, however the investigation is still open so we wouldn't have expected this to have been resolved via other means.

We do not have any access to a player's game files as we are not members of the development team, as such, this is not something we would be able to resolve via a case, this will be a matter of awaiting a fix from the game team.

We have had clan issues resolved by the team in the recent past, so it's likely a case that a fix was implemented to the game while your friend had a case open as that is also something we as Ubisoft Support have no direct influence over.

We can offer troubleshooting steps that may assist, but we don't have any power to make any amendments to the game, it's systems or visuals itself - hence why such issues are raised to the game team to be addressed.

I hope this clears things up and makes our position a bit clearer in terms of what we are able to assist with.

If you have any additional queries please let us know, otherwise, when we have news, we'll update this thread.
