[2022] Stuck on loading screen after selecting character.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to get past the character selection screen. Can you just clarify which game this is for, as we see a lot of threads started in Just Dance forums by mistake so need to make sure we understand which game you are on first of all.

Also, does it eventually give any error message on screen, or just seemingly load forever?

@ayikuma Ah, ok. Thank you for clarifying. If you try these steps, do you still encounter the same issues you're experiencing with the two saves? Also, when you say it drops while loading, could you please elaborate on this further? Does it freeze and no longer continue?

Longer than usual load times is something that has been noted to them and is being looked into, although I'm afraid there's no information on the progress of this at the moment.

May we also please know if you're using a physical or digital version of the game?
