Would you mind running through our basic PC troubleshooting steps if you haven't already? After that, I'll be able to send up a bug report to see what the deal is! 
And if anyone else that stumbles upon this thread has any images of the missing fannypack from their end, I'd appreciate if you could upload yours as well!
