Hello there guys!

I'm sorry about the delay. To help in our investigation, could you let me know if this is happening on your main accounts, or on alternative characters? If it is happening on an alternative account, are you able to access projects with your main account?

Are you receiving notifications that you have received new challenges, but none are appearing?

Thanks for specifying the projects you had previously that are now missing, and for providing the image of your currently available projects. Just to confirm, as you mentioned you only have one agent - have you ever created any other agents previously that you since deleted? Can you also clarify for me whether you noticed this issue after any update in particular? (I'm wondering if it started for everyone in this thread at the same time, or if the impact has been staggered.)

Thanks for sharing this video! You directed me here from another thread - can you confirm for me here whether the issue with the stuck exclamation mark remains if you individually track each project on-screen? Or do you believe that you have some projects missing to cause this icon to remain, hence posting in this thread?

Thanks for your input on this issue, OutLore73. I can't comment on any potential compensation however what I can confirm is that this issue so far couldn't be reproduced, so such a consideration would need to be made following successful reproduction.

If you're experiencing the issue yourself, can you provide a video of it for review please?

The issue regarding the exclamation mark is currently being investigated and your clips / further information detailing this issue have been forwarded on as part of that investigation.

Likewise the team have been updated about the ongoing missing projects as these details may help them in re-producing it, so please keep the further details coming.

itay347 - The Looping Manhunt cutscene issue should now have been resolved, if you're still encountering this please let us know.
