[2020] Achievements not popping

Can anyone assist with why my achievements are not popping on Xbox? I have completed the requisites for Resourceful Agent, Autograph Hunter, Arrow to the Knee, King of the Skill, and the missions from the WON expansion, along with hitting level 40, but nothing has popped for almost a week. When attempting to open a ticket with Ubisoft, the option is just greyed out and tells me to come here.

Sorry to hear you having issues with these achievements not activating. I am afraid Ubisoft Support are not able to manually grant achievements, but we can look at investigating the root cause.

Just to confirm, is this for all achievements or just the ones you listed?

Also did you complete these in a group or solo? On one character or different ones?

Any other information you can provide would be helpful.

If you try with another character / Save at meet the same achievement criteria, does it still not pop?
